Sending Written Testimony to City Council

Written testimony may be sent to City Council instead of presenting verbal testimony. You may address any topic that could be discussed during "Citizens to be Heard", or testify for/against a particular agenda item.

Your testimony will be read into the record during the meeting, provided the City Clerk receives it before the deadline. The deadline is the time specified on the City Council Agenda for your particular item. For most agenda items, the deadline is 9:00 am. For Citizens to be Heard, the deadline is 6:00 p.m.

Your testimony must be sent by fax or U.S. mail, or hand delivered. It cannot be emailed. Send written testimony to:
